A fun, yet gentle competition designed to kick-off or accomplish your weight-loss goals. The first weigh-in will be Friday, June 1st (argh) and the final will be Friday, August 31st.
Weight loss is based on percentage of pounds loss (that you establish) and will be tracked weekly. You decide how you lose weight and record your numbers each week. Folks will be able to track both progress of themselves as well as the group. NO ONE WILL EVER KNOW WHAT YOU WEIGH--this is kept private and hidden from the rest of the group.
Participants in the challenge are from across the country!
