This competition will go from March 23 to June 8. Start by writing down goals, encouragement (reward - NON-FOOD related), penalty, and a plan for how you are going to achieve those goals for each week of the challenge.  I want a commitment from everyone to do at least two 30 minute cardio sessions a week and three 45 - 60 minute work outs per week.  Let's take back our health and own our bodies!
