Lisa & Kim's August Spa Challenge. Whoever looses the most BMI by August 15 treats the other to a full day at the spa. Spa day is together so both still get the treat for all the hard work. We MUST exercise 6 days a week, and post a note on comments every Weigh in Wednesday with the tally of our exercise days. For every day missed it will be -1 from the overall total BMI loss.
