About Me:
Goals: My goal is to make it back down to 170lbs, and then to KEEP IT OFF. Last summer I made it down to 180, but then we went on vacation, and I promptly began gaining it back. I would also like to be able to swim consistent laps at the pool, ski a complete slalom course, and play 20 minutes of soccer/basketball without getting completely winded.
Favorite Activities: Water and snow skiing, reading, swimming, home repairs, gardening, cooking good food, rock climbing (though the last time I went, I weighed 50 lbs less)
Weaknesses: Chocolate caramel macadamia nut clusters (chocolate in any form for that matter), ice cream, pastries, nice restaurants, diet Coke, snacking while grading to stay awake while grading
