Broccoli SaladJan 4th 2011 I left my food journal at work so I need to record what I ate after work. My wife made some delicious broccoli salad so I at a bowl of that. I also ate a corn tostada. I then had a cup of ice cream. The steak I ate for lunch was making me sluggish and even sleepy. 8oz is just way to much steak. 4 oz is plenty! My big weakness today was the mini muffins and donuts and work. At least they were miniature. I still probably at 200 calories too many. |
BreakthroughDec 4th 2010 I did it. I'm below 220. The scale read 219.8 after my run today. Granted, about 4 lbs of that loss is water weight but I will take it. It is a moral victory. That momentum is going to propel me to 216 by the 11th, 213 by the 18th, 210 by Christmas and 205 by new years! If I really dig in I might make my goal of 199 by new years. Let's do this! Today I did 30 day shred level 2 which killed me. I was seriously hyperventilating by the end and couldn't do the last round of abs. After some rest I decided to go for a jog and rather than do my usual 3-4 miles I was feeling extra motivated and ran about 6 miles! That's what I'm talking about. This man deserves a HALF A CUP of ICE CREAM! |
The First PostDec 4th 2010 Ate well today. Need to wake up and do Jillian and go for a run. My goal is to weighin under 221 tomorrow. |
