About Me: I am a wife and mother of a 5 year old girl and a 3 year old boy. I am in this group because I am tired of people asking me if I am pregnant. I assure you, I am not. It was normal to hear this question 1 or 2 times a week. I am a busy mama, and it can be hard to find time to get on that treadmill. I do not belong to a gym, so all of my working out happens at home. I love being the team leader for this group!!
Goals: I have personal goals, and also group goals. I want the thin ladies to lose a combined total of 110 pounds. I believe we can do it! Personally, I'd like to lose 10-15 more pounds and then tone my body. I really want to concentrate on my abs. I also would like to run in the Lancaster Jingle Bell Run. So I need to work on endurance.
Favorite Activities: my favorite activities do not include working out, but I am committed to the cause. I do very much enjoy cooking and baking, and I'd like to have a cupcake business. I like to knit and crochet, and I want to be a scrapbooking queen. I have all the stuff to be a scrapper. I am just lacking in time. I want to be the woman that my mom was, but I lack the organizational skills that would enable me to be everything to everyone, and still have time to bake all the Christmas cookies, make all the Christmas gifts, craft with the kids, and be #1 mom at my kid's school. Thanks Mom, for setting the bar so high.
Weaknesses: Cake, cheesecake, pies, cookies, cupcakes, stupid Halloween candy, chocolates, hot wings, fresh baked bread, appetizers, brown sugar lumps, hot cocoa with marshmallows or whipped cream, maple sugar candies, muffins, apple dumplings, ice cream with peanuts and hot fudge or with chocolate syrup and pumpkin seed flax granola, anything that my sister cooks, Thanksgiving meal seconds and thirds, Christmas party buffets.........Oh boy do I have a problem.
