About Me: I am a traditional college student who spends all her free time studying, hanging out with friends, and exercising. I used to feel like I eat pretty healthfully, but I have begun to realize that I need to make some changes. I have a hard time eating healthy because I have morning and night classes and by the time I get home, I usually fall asleep before I have time to make lunch or dinner for the next day and then I have to wake up early and leave and don't have time to grab more than a pop tart or granola bar for while I am at school. Sometimes when I get home I eat too much and my stomach looks distended. If I didn't bring enough food to eat, I won't exercise. When I don't work out I get bored and feel drained. When I was in Utah, I gorged myself and while I didn't gain or loose weight, my muscle did seem to magically turn into fat. I feel like I have an unhealthy view of food because I tend to gorge myself whenever food is present, but don't mind the time when I am hungry because I am scared of eating too much for fear of getting fat or having an unhealthfully bloated stomach.
