How do you know?Mar 22nd So...I am just kinda wondering...this time I have been successful to lose some weight. I have a goal in mind...but right now, I am tempted to set a more challenging goal. If I challenge too high, I might give up too soon. If I don't add another challenge, I might not even make it to my first goal. How do you know which goal to pick for weight? I guess it's both a philosophical and a scientific question :) |
