Jan 4th Been eating really clean. Haven't worked out yet due to this cold. Hopefully will have it wrapped up so I can work out tomorrow night. Once I start working out more, I'll increase my calorie intake slightly. Right now I'm probably less than 50 carbs per day and those are coming from vegetables. Lot of hot tea, shakes, and meat. |
No big changes, just big results...Dec 28th 2011 Going to start by making 1 small change each week and build on them each week. At the very least, after 12 weeks i'll have 12 healthier habits. |
