About Me: After taking a hard look at the direction my health was taking back on my birthday in 2007 I've been on a journey to become healthier. I started at 260 lbs (my heaviest) and have been bouncing between 190 and 205 after losing most of the weight in 2007 and 2008. Time to reach my goal of 175 or less and I'm going to work smarter to make it happen in 2012.
Goals: 2012 Goals:
Run a half marathon,
achieve a healthier weight of 165 to 175, and maintain it,
10 unassisted pullups,
run at least 300 miles,
bike at least 1000 miles. Going to break it down and make it happen.
Favorite Activities: Walking, biking, tennis and running.
Weaknesses: Eating too much on the weekends, especially when tired or stressed.
