I had a grilled deer salad with fresh mozz, lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, and evoo & vinegar

 

Smoothies... banana, vanilla Silk, peanut butter, benefiber

My food Journal

Went to the grocery and bought lots of stuff to get me going on the right foot.

I like to choose at least three meals to prepare for the week and get those ingredients

I got food to make

  • my own pizza with spinach, artichoke, marinara, mushrooms
  • I got Advacado, tomatoes, and fresh Mozzerella to make Caprese salads for lunch yummm
  • I also got lettuce and cucumber so that I can make grilled chicken salad. (no creamy dressing unless its fat free or light)
  • Frozen fruit and Silk to make smoothies for breakfast, snacks, or meal replacement..(Frozen fruit & veggies have more nutrients then fresh because they are locked in when frozen)
