2/26 150.4Feb 26th 2011 Darn it! Exercised yesterday, and ate well but I did 'cheat' a little... So no weight loss. Went up just a little. It's a new day! |
2/25 150.2 lbsFeb 25th 2011 Drank a LOT of V8 yesterday, that seemed to make a difference! Ate three 150 calorie sandwiches, two scrambled eggs, 1 cup cottage cheese, salad with 1 TB dressing... About two cups of carrots, and 5 V8's. Three cocktails, vodka lemon & water. |
