Back into double digitsJan 29th Yesterday I had four meals. Not becuase I was nugry but because of tradition. My wife and I always end up at a pizza place in Akron. We love the location (and the pizza). Even though we passed on the pepperoni, It's still close to 1000 calories. I knew it when I ate it that I woudl regret it. Kind of stupid. If this is going to continue I need to cut way back on the breakfast and lunch calories to make room for this. I could also cut back on the pizza... |

Eating Good So FarJan 20th Had a small breakfast. Turkey sandwich with carrots from breakfast. Now if I can keep this up for the evening. |
