Weaknesses: I sometimes cheat when I'm trying to lose weight, and I get tired easily. Not the "I feel like I'm about to fall asleep" kind of tired, but the "my legs sting, I have a running cramp, and I feel like I can't move anymore" kind of tired.

Health for 5/8/2012

May 8th 2012

Today, I ran a half mile in the hot sun and played team handball. We excercised for about 25 minutes. Then, later at the house, I ran in place, did high knees, and stood as often as possible. I ate a bowl of Cheerios, a PB&J, a small cake pop, and 2 low fat lemon chiffon yogurts. I plan to eat 5 or 6 small meals, or healthy snacks, to keep my hunger abated. Also, I would like to excercise for at least 30 minutes every day, drink 8 or 9 cups of water a day, and get enough sleep.
