Goals: want to be at my goal weight before I hit the big 50 in February! Somehow i think that will soften the blow!
Favorite Activities: spending time with family and friends, bike riding, swimming,traveling, reading
Weaknesses: Liking any and all sorts of food and not having a "shut off valve" for that food!!
